Dogs listen better. Does not have to be on. They hate it. Very rarely turn it on.

I've been researching these collars for several months now and finally settled on this one.

We have a Jack Russell mix, all sorts. Extremely cute, but very highly strung. She will literally bark at nothing, constantly, driving everyone crazy
